Science What is the difference between genotype and phenotype? Give examples. Asked by arwen46 on 27 Jan 11:14 Last updated by anonymous on 28 Jan 21:17
Genotype (think 'gene') is the comvination of alleles an organism contains. Phenotype is the expression of the alleles in an organism. For example, a genotype might be Tt and the phenotype might end up being tall.
