How are sweating and shivering examples of homeostasis?
.
.
Normal body temperature is 37°C. Sweating and shivering are the body’s way of maintaining that normal temperature. When it’s too hot, our body temperature begins to rise and the glands in our skin produces sweat to cool the temperature back down. When it’s too cold, our body temperature starts to go down and shivering is a response that warms your body temperature back up.
