Paracetamol

Could you safely heat acetaminophen (Tylenol, Paracetamol) in a cake for example and eat it or does this drug become toxic during or after heating? Answers much appreciated.

In general heat quickens chemical reactions and excess heat destroys some active componets of drugs making them inactive especially heat labile drugs and acetaminophen is an aromatic acetic acid heat in cake will oxidize itto an amide an ester andrender it inactive.
