Chemistry where is the energy absorbed from in the reaction of barium hydroxide and ammonium thiocyanate?? Asked by bookragstutor on 20 Aug 09:52 Last updated by anonymous on 08 Dec 15:34
Since the chemical reaction of barium hydroxide and ammonium thiocyanate is endothermic, the energy must be absorbed from the surroundings. If the reaction would have been extothermic then energy would not have been absorbed but given off.
