my friend dreamt that I was playing with a centipeed which bit me in my neck and blood was squirting from all over my neck. She was hugging me but woke up not knowing if I was alive or dead.

ok, well i feel that dreams are not to be misread as the future or upcoming events. But, if you are interested in another opinion of what the dream would actually mean, i can say that i feel it is indication that you will soon face trouble (very terrible or maybe just a minor setback) and this friend who had the dream will be their helping you through

i'm not sure what your asking but do know that dreams a not realistic. They can be fears of what someone might not or does want to happen. In this case I would say your friend doesn"t want this to happen and is just afraid it might. The chances of this is slim though.
