What would happen if Amir had rescue Hassan? Would hassan and Ali moved with Baba to California,how would the boys lives been different?

We can never know this. Change is always unpredictable, even in a fictional story. Had Amir helped Hassan, the narrative would most certainly have been different. The crushing guilt that Amir felt for not helping Hassan drives much of the narrative.
