y^2 -20y+19=0

(y )(y ) ( -19)( -1)=0

(y-19) (y-1) = 0

Solve:

(y-19)=0

y-19+19=0+19

y=19

Solve:

(y-1) = 0

y-1+1 = 0+1

y=1
