y^2 - 20y + 64 = 0

(y )(y ) ( -16)( -4)=0

(y-16) (y-4) = 0

Solve:

(y-16)=0

y-16+16=0+16

y=16

Solve:

(y-4) = 0

y-4+4 = 0+4

y=4
