x^2 -11x+19=-5

x^2 -11x+19+5=-5 +5

x^2 -11x+24=0

(x )(x ) ( -8)( -3)

(x-8) (x-3) = 0

Solve:

(x-8)=0

x-8+8=0+8

x=8

Solve:

(x-3) = 0

x-3+3=0+3

x=3
