3x+7y-7y=133-7y

3x=133-7y

3x/3=133-7y/3

x=44.33-2.33y

2x - 7y = -98

2(44.33-2.33y) - 7y = -98

2(44.33) (2)(-2.33y) - 7y = -98

88.66-4.66y- 7y = -98

88.66-11.66y= -98

88.66-11.66y-88.66= -98-88.66

-11.66y=186.66

-11.66y/-11.66=-186.66/-11.66

y=16

x=44.33-2.33y

x=44.33-2.33(16)

x=44.33-37.28=7.05
