3x - 2y = - 2
3x - 2y+2y = - 2+2y
3x= - 2+2y
3x/3= - 2+2y/3
x=-.67+.67y
5x + 4y = 4
5(-.67+.67y) + 4y = 4
5(-.67) (5)(+.67y) + 4y = 4
-3.35+3.35y+4y=4
-3.35+7.35y=4
-3.35+3.35+7.35y=4+3.35
7.35y=7.35
7.35y/7.35y=7.35/7.35
y=1
x=-.67+.67y
x=-.67+.67*1=0
