- 4x - 4y = - 4
- 4x - 4y+4x = - 4+4x
-4y= - 4+4x
-4y/-4= - 4/-4+4x/-4
y=1-x
5x + 4y = - 3
5x + 4(1-x) = - 3
5x + 4(1) (4)(-x) = - 3
5x+4-4x=-3
x+4=-3
x+4-4=-3-4
x=-7
y=1-x
y=1--7
y=8
