4x + 3y = - 8
4( - 20-3y) + 3y = - 8
4( - 20) (4)(-3y) + 3y = - 8
-80-12y+3y=-8
-80-9y=-8
-80-9y+80=-8+80
-9y=72
-9y/-9=72/-9
y=-8
x= - 20-3y
x= - 20-3(-8)
x=-20+24
