8x^2 +21=-59x

8x^2 +59x+21=-59x+59x

8x^2 +59x+21=0

(x )(8x ) ( +7)( +3)

(x+7) (8 x+3) = 0

Solve:

(x+7)=0

x+7-7=0-7

x=-7

Solve:

(8 x+3) = 0

8x+3-3=0-3

8x=-3

8x/8=-3/8

x=-3/8
