-1x^2 + 3x + 10 = 0
-1(x^2-3x-10)=0
-1(x )(x ) ( -5)( +2)
-1(x-5) (x+2) = 0
Solve:
-1(x-5)=0
(-1)(x) (-1)(-5)=0
-1x+5=0
-1x+5-5=0-5
-1x=-5
-1x/-1=-5/-1
x=5
Solve:
-1(x+2) = 0
(-1)(x) (-1)(+2)=0
-1x-2=0
-1x-2+2=0+2
-1x=2
-1x/-1=2/-1
x=-2
