The oldest son and sole surviving heir of Sextus Roscius (pater). Roscius (filius) has a wife and two daughters. It is revealed in the narrative that Roscius (filius) began molesting his older daughter when she was just a small girl. In addition to planning his father's murder, Roscius (filius) is responsible for the death of his younger half-brother Gaius and the death of Elena's newborn. Roscius (filius) is middle-aged.
