Who is Quinn Dexter from The Neutronium Alchemist Consolidation and what is their importance?

Dexter is a Satanist of remarkable will, who is able to dominate weaker individuals and bend them to his desire. He is briefly possessed on Lalonde, but forces out his possessor. He somehow maintains the energy link to the beyond which allows him to manipulate and use vast quantities of energy, the so-called white fire of the possessed. He considers himself the captain of the forces of the dead, the newly arisen army of the Light Brother, his master Lucifer, who will use the possessed to conquer first the living and then heaven.
