Louis Baker is a young black man who grew up in poverty without a family. Baker was a tough young man who committed multiple crimes in his attempts to survive in a dark and difficult world. Hardy and Ingraham tried multiple times to put Baker in jail for his crimes, finally building a strong enough case to convict Baker and send him to prison for thirteen years.
