Who is Lottie May from A Feast of Snakes and what is their importance?

Lottie May is George's sister. She is young, innocent, and falsely taken into custody by Buddy Matlow for prostitution. He then forces her to have sex with him, threatening her with snakes in order to gain her compliance. As a result of his actions, Lottie begins to hallucinate, seeing snakes everywhere. After speaking with Breeder, who tells her to always carry a razor and to kill that which bothers her, Lottie May takes his advice to heart. When Buddy picks her up again, she castrates him.
