Who is Aaor from Lilith's Brood and what is their importance?

Aaor is Jodahs's brother. Jodahs is positive that Aaor will be male until his metamorphosis, after which, it will be proven that he will be ooloi. Strangely, they are both later proven to be ooloi, something previously unheard of.
