Sir Robert Cecil was he head of the Queen's Secret Service. He runs into the teens with the acquaintance of Tom Boyd. Sir Robert was a historical figure in history. Robert Cecil, 1st Earl of Salisbury, KG, PC, was an English statesman noted for his direction of the government during the Union of the Crowns, as Tudor England gave way to Stuart rule.
