What is the summary for chapter 19 in Frightful’s Mountain?

I believe Chapter Nineteen is the last chapter in the novel. Here we see all of the loose ends tied up. Everyone is thrilled that Frightful is well and alive when she returns to the mountain. Sam and Alice celebrate Mrs. Strawberry's decision to turn over the farm to Sam when he comes of age. And Frightful, who decides to stay put and nest on the mountain seems to convince Chup to remain as well. It's a happy ending for everyone.
