How do the female and male characters (including the narrator, Ponyboy) in this passage perceive each other and interact?
The Greasers are more of a brotherhood than the Socs. The Greasers see each other in tribal family terms. Many Greasers like Two-Bit or Dallas are forward with girls. Pony and Johnny are more sensitive.
