English & Literature In "Dulce et Decorum est" How does the speaker feel about the war and the cause, especially since he might die for it? Asked by chamel92 on 12 Nov 09:00 Last updated by anonymous on 12 Nov 17:04
It would seem that he is bitter toward those who would personify war as a noble and romantic endeavor. He is not against fighting for his country, but would rather that those who are recruiting for the war not drape it in false pagentry.
