How do you write a eulogy? I have to write one for a fictional character in a book.
For the book The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, the eulogy is for Tom.

A eulogy is a speech, it should be written with the intent of speaking aloud, so it is best to read aloud as you write. When you write a eulogy, it is generally written for a memorial service.... a remembrance of someone you've lost and loved. Telling stories or short anecdotes is appropriate, as is citing accomplishments, favorite quotes.... advice, and lessons you've learned as a result of knowing them. You want your words to reflect the way you want your loved one to be remembered.
