What name is given to the ruling class on Path in the novel, Xenocide?

The godspoken is the name given to the ruling class on Path. Most of the planet is populated by a servant class but all are taught that a special group of people is intended to rule over the others. People in this special group are spoken to by the gods, hence "godspoken."
