When does Chapter 32 take place? What does Mr. Lockwood encounter when he approaches Wuthering Heights?

It is September of 1802 and Mr. Lockwood returns to pay his rent to Mr. Heathcliff. At the Heights, Mr. Lockwood sees a beautiful Cathy giving a handsome and well-dressed Hareton reading lessons; Mr. Lockwood slinks into the house when the lovers go out for a walk. Inside Mr. Lockwood finds Nelly singing; she tells him that Heathcliff died three months ago.
