What do Casey and Silas discuss when they meet at Au Bon Pain in Chapter 43?

Casey tells Silas about all of her circumstances aside from Oscar. She tells him about the lump in her breast, losing her job, the presumably failed interview at the high school, and her general anxiety. Silas tells Casey he knew about Oscar and did not want to interfere in that relationship.
