How does Oscar respond when he learns Casey has been fired from her job? Why?

Oscar is happy that Casey has been fired from Iris. This is just one more reason that it makes sense for Casey to move in with him and his sons. Oscar even offers Casey a job over the weekend babysitting the boys while he goes to Provo for a reading.
