What is the narrator point of view in the novel, Woman Hollering Creek?

The majority of "Woman Hollering Creek" is narrated in the third-person omniscient voice. The only exception to this is an abrupt change from the third person narrative voice that occurs when Graciela, the clinic physician, speaks in the first person on the telephone to Felice.
