What is the climax in the story, Witness to a Trial?

The climax comes when Junior is found guilty of both murders, murders which the reader realizes by that point were not committed by Junior at all. There is also a climax as the reader learns that Delgado, the man who did commit both murders has been watching the trial almost the whole time.
