Who is Tony Piaggi from Without Remorse and what is their importance?

Tony Piaggi was Eddie Morello's partner. Of the two, Tony is the one who has the connections to the mob that Tucker finds valuable. Tony doesn't haven't a clue that Tucker is merely using him, which is evident in the fact that he kills his partner without question. Tony is later killed by Kelly.
