Which of Magnus' servants is rude to Andromeda from the moment of her arrival in the novel, Within These Wicked Walls?

Peggy holds a place of authority, and is apparently in charge of the other servants. She is bossy to Magnus which also indicates a level of authority over him. She seems to dislike Andromeda from the moment of her arrival, though there is not an explanation.
