Where did Andromeda grow up in the novel, Within These Wicked Walls?

Andromeda grew up in an unnamed city located a few miles away from Thorne Manor. The city is surrounded by a wall with two main entrance gates. Andromeda notes that it is possible to climb the 15-foot wall. There is a market at the entrance Tom chooses, but the streets are crowded which makes traveling by coach difficult.
