How does Diana's opinion of her boss change over the course of the novel, Wish You Were Here?

In the beginning of the novel, Diana hopes to be like Eva, perceiving her as accomplished and successful. By the end of the novel, Diana realizes that she does not want to be successful in that way, pursuing a career that helps others in art therapy.
