How is Olga killed in the novel, Winter Garden?

Olga Petrovova Marchenko, the youngest daughter of Zoya and Petyr, goes with her sister, Vera, to help dig trenches and build fortifications for the Russian soldiers. One day when the Germans bomb the area where Olga and Vera are working, Olga does not listen when Vera warns her to run. She is killed by a bomb.
