Who or what does Willow consider to be her best friend in the novel, Willow?

Razorblades are Willow's most constant companion and her best friend since the accident that killed her parents. She uses the razorblades to cut into her skin, mutilating herself to control pain and mark her body with the guilt she feels inside.
