Who is Julia Lacy from Wideacre and what is their importance?

Julia Lacy is Harry and Beatrice's daughter, but she is raised as the child of Harry and Celia. When Beatrice discovers she is pregnant with Harry's child, she goes to Celia who agrees to bring up the child as her own. Celia loves Julia and cares for her as a mother would.
