Who is Moira from Wicked Lovely and what is their importance?

Aislinn's mother, Moira, was one of Keenan's chosen girls. Rather than become one of the summer girls or take the test, she fled Keenan. Moira lay with many mortal men, and eventually became pregnant with Aislinn. She died as a result of her running.
