In their qualities as hunting dogs, what is the main difference between Old Dan and Little Ann? Why are they a good combination for Billy’s hunting purposes

Old Dan is one of Billy's red bone coonhounds. He is bigger and stronger than Little Ann, the other hound. Little Ann however is clever and often leads the hunt.
