In what ways have the Luther family's lives returned to normal?

The Luther family's lives return to normal when they begin wildcrafting again. Romey and Mary Call go to school and are no longer worried about their home being taken by Kiser Pease. They also don't have to worry about being split up now that Devola has married Kiser Pease.
