What does Miranda find under the mailbox where the homeless man lays his head to sleep?

In Chapter 53, Miranda begins the letter the note writer asked for. Miranda begins thinking about the mailbox and how the homeless man would often sleep under it. Miranda goes to the mailbox and finds a picture of an older woman stuck under it. Miranda recognizes Julia in the picture even though she is much older. Miranda puts the picture back.
