What are some of the things that Julia does to annoy Miranda and Annemarie?

In chapter twenty-three, Miranda and Annemarie run into Julia at the bathrooms at school. Julia criticizes Annemarie for eating the sandwiches from the sandwich shop. Miranda asks Annemarie what Julia means, but she refuses to answer. Later, in class, Julia shoots a rubber band at Miranda.
