While here, Two suddenly realizes how similar her experience is to Dinah's. She and the hippo are both alone. She and the hippo are both entrapped. They are both separated from their families and tribes. These revelations endear Dinah to Two even more. Therefore, when Two soon learns that Dinah is dead, she mourns. She cannot believe what has happened and feels desperate to resolve the mystery.
