The slugger’s ship is the most fantastical setting in the novel that does not have a truly concrete description. Henry mentions the room he is put in for their experiments but admits that he does not know much about the rest of the ship. Furthermore, when Henry is taken to see the stars and space in another part of the ship, he is kept in complete darkness until he arrives. The button is also contained here even though Henry never actually presses it.
