Who is O-90 from We and what is their importance?

0-90 is a chubby linfant-like girl who is 10cm short of the "maternal norm" to have children. She struggles with this. O-90 begs for a child from D-503 and he impregnates her. D-503 later arranges for her removal from the City to safety.
