The sunflower bouquet symbolizes Daisy's relationship with Henry and how she became the sunshine in his life after his family abandoned him. When Andy first visits his grandfather in New Beginnings, he notices a variety of different flowers, but the largest bouquet is sunflowers that were sent by Daisy. Not only did Daisy remind Henry of his deceased wife Dot but she kept him company when he felt lonely and scared.
