Who is Garrison Dilworth from Watchers and what is their importance?

Nora's lawyer, Garrison Dilworth, is an older man who is widowed. He is set in his ways and happy with his life, but when Travis and Nora come to him for help, he joins in on the adventure. He provides Nora and Travis with the money they need to survive. When the police connect to Garrison to Travis, they bug his phones in order to locate the runaways. Garrison, however, finds a way to block their attempts and saves Travis. He also saves Einstein from capture.
