What is the setting in the novel, Virtual Vandals?

The nove takes place in the year 2015. There are three important settings; the first is presented at the beginning, Camden Yards stadium, where a baseball game is to be played. The second is the web itself, and the third is in a belt of decayed buildings, called a "ringtown," in Washington, D.C.
