Who is the leader of the Salem coven in the novel, VenCo?

Meena is the leader of the coven, and the first witch to find the SALEM spoon. A native of Salem, Meena is descended both from the original Salem witches and from West Indian healers. Meena takes great pride in both these parts of her identity, and uses wisdom from her ancestors often. As a leader, she listens to the rest of the coven and respects them deeply, though she sometimes withholds information from them.
